The ongoing maintenance issues could use urgent attention!!! The unkempt public areas and inadequate shower repairs are hard to ignore!!! The cleanliness from the lobby to the room needs significant improvement!!!

Loved the clean room and comfy beds. The location was super convenient for public transport to NYC. Best part? The free water dispenser in the lobby! It really helped us stay hydrated while exploring the city.

the location of days is perfect for family trips. it's close to downtown, and the 24-hour shuttle service is super convenient for just $3.50 per person. the variety of breakfast options was impressive, making mornings enjoyable. guests loved that it felt like a perfect spot for relaxation and exploration.

The convenience of getting to the nearby parks like Weehawken & Union City Reservoir Park, just about 1 km away, made for a nice morning stroll, while being so close to buses that whisk you into Manhattan was a huge plus for exploring the city's landmarks. the staff were friendly and the breakfast had lots of choices, suitable for single travelers like me who enjoy breakfast on the go and sightseeing, but the transportation options could be more streamlined to make it easier for guests without a car.
